Hey there, I'm Lynn Piefer. Thanks for being here!
Here's a bit about me; I grew up in Washington state and around the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. I spent the majority of my childhood engaging in every bit of outdoor recreation I could reach, from skiing to mountain biking, rafting, climbing, and beyond. The outdoors shaped me, and the communities I found there helped me to learn and grow. My love for nature has influenced me substantially in my decision to pursue visual journalism and digital media creation.
I document stories of adventure, travel, and community. From remote landscapes to everyday nature or social connections. My work aims to inspire curiosity, respect, and a deeper connection to the environments we call home.
I am based out of the Pacific Northwest, but I pursue these interests further in all of my travels. Available for local, national, and international work. If you’re interested in collaborating, commissioning work or a story, or just starting a conversation, I’d love to hear from you!
